The Music Industry: Time for a Firesale!!!!
My internet TV show will literally be the spark to change the entertainment industry and it's way past time for a fire sale! What is needed is a new way of thinking altogether; a new paradime. Here it is: the Artists take control! How?
You know the vehicle; Web 2.0, the Internet. How do Artists take back what is theirs?
You know the problem; Too many people taking the profits from the Art (product) of the Artist? How are we going to Turn the Music and entertainment industry on it's head?
They know it's coming! They plan and scheme for ways to harness the power of the Internet and still get their cut while keeping control. How will Artists take back control?
It looms Right in the face of the Lawyers, the Record Company Executives, the producers, the Managers etc. all reduced from the "Big Fish in a small pond" to Piranha in the Ocean we call the Internet. Every time they get a new Artist to exploit they all rip off as big a piece as they can! In their feeding frenzy they don't even notice the coming paradime shift, a giant that gobbles them up like the now small insignificant fish they are! This giant is FREEDOM!!!
The freedom of musicians and entertainers to make, sell and control their Art and their Income! By forming the right team of production, marketing and sales the Artist can be the CEO of their own Brand!
